基于高精度电感法的无刷直流电机起动及反电动势同步检测稳定性研究

     

摘要

提出了一种基于电感法的高精度定位方案,在不增加定位电流脉冲数量的基础上将定位精度由原先的60°电角度提高至30°电角度,并消除了电机因工艺问题导致的相绕组参数不一致对检测的影响.设计了一种新颖的切换算法,可在极短时间内稳定可靠地切换到闭环.讨论了反电动势的同步检测方案,通过理论分析和仿真对比了PWM导通和PWM关断时刻检测反电动势过零信号方法的区别,并对干扰因素提出了补偿方案.样机实验验证了所提方案的稳定性和可靠性.%A high accuracy positioning scheme based on the inductance method is proposed.The positioning accuracy is raised to 30 degrees from 60 degrees without increasing the number of positioning current pulses and it also eliminates the influence on testing caused by no consistent phase winding parameter because of the problem of motor technology.A novel switching algorithm is designed, which can be used to switch the motor to closed loop in a relatively short time reliably.A synchronous detect scheme of counter electromotive force is also discussed in this paper.We compare the difference between detecting counter electromotive force cross-zero signal at PWM-ON and at PWM-OFF by analysis, simulation and experiment, after that, we propose the compensation scheme for the interference factors.The stability and reliability of the proposed scheme are verified by the prototype test.
