考虑非观测区补偿的永磁同步电机单电阻采样重构

     

摘要

为进一步实现永磁同步电机的低成本、小体积、高性能矢量控制,提出单电阻电流采样的三相电流重构技术.结合电机的驱动系统,研究单电阻电流采样的三相电流重构技术的原理,建立空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制不同电压矢量情况下母线电流与电机三相电流对应关系.定义非观测区所包括的区域,提出通过修改SVPWM的占空比对非观测区进行补偿,解决非观测区内无法重构相电流的问题.对比实验结果验证了所提单电阻电流采样技术的可靠性和有效性.%To further realize the low cost, small size and high performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) vector control, a novel three-phase current reconstruction method based on single current sensor is proposed. The principle of three-phase current reconstruction technique is studied, and the relationship between DC-bus current and phase currents of SVPWM controlled three-phase inverter is set up in different voltage vectors combined with the motor drive system. The region in which the phase current is unable to reconstruct is defined as non-observation area. Through adjusting the duty ratio of SVPWM, a novel method using the non-observation area compensation for solving the problem of reconstruct phase current in non-observation area is proposed. The comparisons of experimental results verify the validity and reliability of this method.
