基于电磁斥力机构的直流真空断路器模块

     

摘要

Using the mechanical high voltage DC (HVDC) circuit breakers based on commutation technology is one way to control and protect 110 kV or more DC lines, its research and development to the development of DC power system is of great significance. In this paper, a mechanical 60 kV DC vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) module based on commutation technology is proposed, it is composed of main switch, commutation switch and commutation circuit. The main switch and commutation switch adopt double breaks in series that controlled independently by 4 electromagnetic repulsion actuators. According to each actuator parameters, the drive force between the repulsion coils is simulated by ANSOFT software, and the dynamic characteristics of all switches are measured under different drive circuits. At last, the most suitable drive circuits are ensured to meet the condition that the DC vacuum circuit breaker can open the 60 kV/16 kA fault current successful within 4ms, and it can be used as the basic module of 110 kV HVDC circuit breaker.%基于换流技术的机械式高压直流断路器是目前110 kV以上直流线路控制和保护断路器的解决方案之一,其研发对发展直流电力系统的意义重大.目前此类直流短路开断的技术瓶颈在于基础模块设计与各模块运动特性的调控.该文提出一种基于换流技术的60 kV机械式直流真空断路器模块,该断路器模块由主开关、换流开关及换流回路三部分组成.主开关和换流开关均采用双断口串联形式,分别由4套联动的电磁斥力机构独立控制.根据两种机构的不同参数,运用ANSOFT仿真软件对机构斥力驱动力进行仿真,并选取不同的驱动电路实测了各开关的运动特性,给出了各机构的储能电容参数,该直流真空断路器模块能够满足在4 ms内达到对60 kV/16 kA故障电流成功开断的条件,可作为110 kV以上高压直流断路器的基础模块.
