电子商务对中国航空旅游分销渠道的影响——从供应商和中间商认知的角度分析

     

摘要

通过焦点访谈重点调查了来自国内7家航空旅游供应商和中间商,并从其高管人员认知的角度分析了电子商务对我国航空旅游分销渠道的影响。作为旅游分销体系中的一个重要渠道,虽然电子商务对我国航空旅游分销渠道存在显著的影响作用,但对不同的航空旅游分销渠道及产品,其影响效果具有差异性。由于该差异性的存在,在构建有效的航空旅游分销系统上必须区别电子商务对不同航空旅游分销渠道和产品的影响作用。%By means of topics in focus, we investigate emphatically six air travel service providers and intermediaries of China and examine the perceptions of the senior managements of the above firms. The impact of electronic commerce ( EC ) on China' s air travel distribution channels has been analyzed. As an important channel of travel distribution system, the impact of EC on China' s air travel distribution channels is quite evident. However, the functions of EC on different distribution members and products within China' s air travel distribution channels are even various. Because of these different effects, it is essential to construct an effective air travel distribution system to distinguish different impacts and functions of EC on different air travel distribution channels and their products.
