Uncertainty sources that analyzed in the indetermination of oil content in the industrial circulating cooling water. Then put forward measure of control that influence factors, to assurance measures result accuracy.%　　分析红外法测定工业循环水冷却水中油含量的不确定度来源，对影响测定结果的因素提出控制措施，以保证测定结果准确性。
