重要厂用水系统阀门腐蚀原因分析及处理

摘要

电站大修期间检查发现阀门侧阀盖涂层破损,上下法兰面连接管道的缝隙处有锈迹流出,拆卸阀门后发现上下法兰面均腐蚀严重,分析腐蚀因为原阀门内部涂层设计及施工缺陷导致.通过表面处理、补焊、无损检测后再对缺陷部位及法兰面涂刷耐磨陶瓷涂层.%During the Power plant overhaulling,coating damageof theside valve cover and rust spots from the crevice of the pipes which connect the topflanges of the valves were found.After the valves were disassembled,serious corrosion offlanges of the top and bottom was exposed.According to the inspected results,the causes of the corrosion werethe coating design and construction defects.Through surface treatment, welding, nondestructive testing and ceramic coating scraping,the valves regaied available.
