某电厂单筒式钢筋混凝土烟囱腐蚀分析

摘要

The FGD is ammonia - ammonium sulfate wet desulfurization, without heating device.Serious corrosion is found though by flashlight chimney inspection and testing strength of concrete structures. On the bases of chimney corrosion cause analysis,the suggestions for reconstruction and maintenance management are proposed in the paper.%某电厂脱硫方式为氨-硫酸铵湿法脱硫，且未设置烟气加热装置。通过对该烟囱筒身外观、混凝土结构强度等进行检查和检测，发现烟囱出现明显渗漏腐蚀。在进行烟囱防腐原因分析的基础上，提出了后续烟囱防腐蚀改造以及烟囱运行维护管理建议。
