A stainless steel tube of CFI system in the first half of the year of service taken place perforation and leakage in a nuclear power plant. The related physical and chemical tests were carried out to analyze the failure causes and influencing factors of the pipeline. The results showed that due to the ifeld pipes, elbows in welding the sensitization, weld without surface passivation treatment, weld and heat affected zone decrease the corrosion resistance, so in seawater happened pitting resulting in pipeline perforation leakage.%某核电厂CFI系统不锈钢反冲洗管服役半年发生穿孔泄漏,针对这种情况开展了相关理化检验以分析该管线失效原因及影响因素。结果表明由于现场管道、弯管在焊接时发生敏化,焊缝未进行表面钝化处理,焊缝及热影响区耐腐蚀性能降低,因此在海水介质中发生了点蚀导致管道穿孔泄漏。
