碳钢在海洋大气环境下的腐蚀加速行为研究

         

摘要

Using seawater as the corrosion medium, the wet-dry cycle accelerating corrosion test by simulating cycle immersion test and natural exposure test of Q235 were studied. According to the XRD analysis of corrosion product and the observation of corrosion morphology by AM and SEM combined with corrosion loss, the results of the contrast analysis in the kinetic characteristics of corrosion, rust layer morphology and corrosion products showed a good consistency, which indicated that the new accelerating corrosion method has good simulation and acceleration, and the acceleration ratio was beyond 9 in the early-stage and decreased to 6 in the late-stage.%以海水为腐蚀介质,模拟周浸试验方法,在实际海洋环境中对Q235钢进行干湿循环加速腐蚀试验,分析腐蚀失厚;运用XRD技术、体视显微镜、扫描电镜分别进行腐蚀产物分析和腐蚀形貌观察,并与自然暴露的结果相对比。综合两者腐蚀动力学特征、锈层形貌和腐蚀产物的分析结果,得出新型加速方法前期加速比可达9以上,后期降低至6左右,总体上变现了良好的模拟性和重现性。
