气相色谱/质谱法测定烟用香精和料液中的烟碱含量

摘要

为了测定复杂组分烟用香精和料液中的烟碱含量,建立了气相色谱/质谱联用法.应用建立的方法对10个香精样品和10个料液样品进行了检测.结果表明:在0.9242～46.2080μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r为0.99992,3个加标水平的回收率在97.54％～99.14％之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.34％.该方法灵敏度高,定性定量结果可靠,可用于烟用香精和料液中烟碱的测定.%A GC/MS method for determining the content of nicotine in tobacco flavor or casing wasrndeveloped. Ten flavor samples and ten casing samples were determined by the developed method. The resultsrnshowed that: the linear range of the method was from 0.9242 to 46.2080 ug/mL (r=0.99992). The recoveriesrnranged from 97.54% to 99.14% and RSD was 1.34%. This method was reliable, sensitive and accurate inrnqualitative and quantitative analyses, and appropriate to determine the nicotine content in tobacco flavor andrncasing.
