加热非燃烧型烟草制品剖析

         

摘要

为了解加热非燃烧型烟草制品的特点,从烟支结构、烟草材料、烟气释放等方面剖析了2种加热非燃烧型烟草制品。结果表明:①产品A和B均主要由热源、烟气产生和烟气冷凝3部分构成。②2种产品中产生烟气的烟草材料均为再造烟叶,其中甘油的质量分数均较高,烟碱总质量分数均明显低于传统卷烟烟叶原料,且主要为游离烟碱。产品A冷凝腔的再造烟叶进行了明显的加香处理,产品B的再造烟叶中明显添加了多种呈烟熏香韵的酚类化合物。③产品A的热源温度最高可超过500℃,部分再造烟叶发生了燃烧;产品B的热源温度为300℃左右,不会引起再造烟叶燃烧。④2种产品的烟气焦油释放量均显著低于传统卷烟,产品A的烟气中检出大量甘油酯,产品B的烟气中糖类裂解成分及水分的释放量较高。%In order to investigate the characteristics of heat-not-burn tobacco products, two heat-not-burn products, A and B, were analyzed in terms of cigarette structure, tobacco material and the release and composition of tobacco smoke. The results showed that: 1) Both A and B tobacco rods consisted of three main parts, namely a heat source, a smoke generation section and a smoke condensation unit. 2) The smoke generating tobacco material in the two products was reconstituted tobacco with considerable glycerol. The total nicotine content in reconstituted tobacco was much lower than that in tobacco leaves for traditional cigarettes, and the form of nicotine was free base nicotine. The reconstituted tobacco in the smoke condensation unit of product A was flavored more than that in the smoke generation section. Various phenolic flavors with smoky aroma note were added in the reconstituted tobacco of product B. 3) The highest heating temperature of product A was above 500 ℃, which caused the combustion of a part of the reconstituted tobacco. However, the heating temperature of product B was about 300 ℃, which was below the ignition point of the reconstituted tobacco. 4) The tar delivery of the two products was significantly lower than that of traditional cigarettes. Large amounts of glycerol esters were detected in the smoke of product A. The contents of moisture and pyrolysis components of saccharide were higher in the smoke of product B.
