通过磨片优化提升造纸法再造烟叶的物理性能

             

摘要

为解决造纸法再造烟叶制浆过程中存在的纤维处理强度过大、细小组分较多,影响再造烟叶物理性能和抄造稳定性的问题,开发了适宜烟草原料的新型低浓盘磨磨片,并分析了其对浆料及再造烟叶成品性能的影响.结果表明,磨片优化后制浆稳定性提升42%,纤维平均长度增加12%,浆料中830μm)的长纤维数量增加54.44%,>100目(830 μm) increased by 54.44%, that of short and fine fractions (>100 mesh,<150μm) decreased by 26.21%, pulp quality improved obviously and the base sheet was loose in structure. The bulk thickness of reconstituted tobacco increased from 2.05 to 2.20 cm3/g, and the tensile strength and tear strength raised from 0.26 to 0.33 kN/m and from 140.52 to 161.73 mN, respectively. The surface character of reconstituted tobacco was promoted, at the same time the energy consumption of refining reduced by 20%.
