掺混单元影响ABS树脂产品质量的因素分析

摘要

ABS 树脂兼有丙烯腈的刚性、丁二烯的韧性和苯乙烯的易加工性能，广泛应用在电子、电器、汽车、建筑及生活用品等方面。论述了 ABS 树脂的产品性能及生产环节中的影响因素，分析了掺混过程中影响 ABS 树脂产品质量的各个因素，包括助剂的影响、挤出机参数调整、水浴温度调整等，也分析了掺混过程中对产品色差的影响。%ABS resins have the characteristics of acrylonitrile’s rigidity,butadiene’s toughness and styrene’s easy-processability and have been widely applied in electronics,electrical appliances,automobiles,buildings and arti-cles of daily use. Product performance and production influence factors of ABS resins were discussed. Each factor that influences ABS product quality in compounding units,such as impact of additives,parameter adjustment of extruder and bath temperature adjustment was analyzed and the influence of color difference was discussed.
