锦纶6生产废水处理工艺设计及工程实践

             

摘要

天津某生产锦纶6切片的化工企业新建一座生产废水处理站工程(350,t/d),废水处理工艺采用初沉池-缺氧-好氧(AN/O)-二沉池流程,工程工艺设计依据《室外排水设计规范》,并对缺氧-好氧(AN/O)工艺参数的选取进行了详细阐述。工程建成后经过3个月的试运行,在进水ρ(CODCr)=1,845~7,367,mg/L、ρ(NH3-N)=37~84,mg/L时,经缺氧(HRT=7.9,h)-好氧(HRT=30.6,h)处理后出水,ρ(CODCr)≤500,mg/L、ρ(NH3-N)≤35,mg/L、CODCr 和NH3-N 去除率分别为87.54%、95.41%和42.22%、73.33%。工程试运行结果与设计基本一致,其工艺设计经验可供借鉴与推广。%A waste water processing project(350 tons/day)was constructed in a polyamide-6 granula producer in Tian-jin. Taking anoxic-aerobic(AN/O)process as the main process,the project’s engineering design was referenced to the Code for Design of Outdoor Drainage Engineering and process parameters of the AN/O process were elaborated. After a 3-month trial run,when ρ(CODCr)=1,845~7,367 mg/L and ρ(NH3-N)=37~84 mg/L for the influent,ρ(CODCr)≤500 mg/L and ρ(NH3-N)≤35 mg/L for the final effluent after treatment of Anoxic(HRT=7.9,h)-Aerobic(HRT=30.6 h),the removal rate of CODCr reached 87.54% and 95.41% and the removal rate of NH3-N reached 42.22% and 73.33%. Results of the pilot run were basically consistent with the design,indicating that the experience could be referred and popularized by other similar wastewater treatment projects.
