军校学报编辑人才队伍建设应把握的几个问题--以《军事交通学院学报》为例

Editorial talents are the foundation of the sustainable development of an editorial office of university jour-nals. Based on analysis on general characteristics of editors of a military university magazine, the editorial office of Journal of Military Transportation University was taken as an example to discuss how to promote editorial team build-ing for military university journals, such as talent training, innovation stimulation and working environment improve-ment.%编辑人才队伍是高校学报编辑部可持续发展的基础。分析了军校学报编辑具有的一般特性，以《军事交通学院学报》为例，列举并分析了军校学报编辑人才队伍建设应把握住人才培养、创新激励机制和创造积极、融洽的工作氛围等问题。
