基于专利地图的全球核酸药物发展研究

         

摘要

近年来,核酸药物由于其针对致病基因具有特异性的特点在抗病毒、抗肿瘤领域逐渐具有广泛的应用前景。通过Thomson Innovation(TI)在对德温特世界专利索引(DWPI)中全球核酸药物的专利数据进行检索和图形化处理的基础上,运用专利地图分析了全球核酸药物领域的发展态势、研发重点和热点、全球核酸药物主要国家(地区)分布和主要竞争机构的情况。分析显示:核酸药物21世纪初发展至顶峰,目前显现衰退趋势;其中,DNA 重组和RNA干扰技术是重点,并广泛应用于肿瘤防治药物中,初步揭示了当前全球核酸药物领域的发展及其趋势。%Due to unique specificity to disease genes,nucleic acid drugs have been gradually applied in anti-viral and anti-tumor areas in recent years.By searching patents in the Derwent World Patents Index(DWPI)database,the paper analyzes the development trend,R&D hotspots,distribution of main countries(regions)and major competitors of nucleic acid drugs and etc.The research indicated that nucleic acid drugs have developed to asummit in the early 21st century and is under recession now.DNA recombination and RNA interferenceare key technical emphases and have been widely applied to the treatment and prevention of tumors.It briefly revealed the development status and trend of global nucleic acid drugs based on patent map.
