关于科技档案保密若干问题的思考

摘要

科技项目档案管理是档案管理的重要内容，也是国家科技秘密保护的重要基础。科技项目档案的保密管理涉及到涉密单位、涉密项目、涉密人员、涉密载体、涉密场所、涉密活动等全方位系统性保密管理问题，因此，对科技项目档案进行保密管理并制定管理办法，以及针对具体管理实务进行规范已成为政府科技主管部门的一项重要任务。%Science and technology archives management is one of the major contents of archives management,as well asa key foundation of state science and technology secret protection work.The secrecy management of science and technology projects involves secret-related units,projects,personnel,carriers,sites and activities.Therefore,the implementation of, secrecy management for science and technology project archives,issuance of administrative measures and standardiza-tion of management practices have become an important task for government departments of science and technology admini-stration.
