风电叶片叶根连接及预埋螺栓法兰设计探讨

摘要

对风电叶片采用的T型螺栓和预埋螺栓叶根连接方式进行了介绍,并对两种方式的优缺点进行了分析,随着功率不断增加,预埋螺栓技术优势明显;给出了两种预埋法兰盘设计方案,对两种方案的设计和安装进行了详细阐述,探讨的内容为风电叶片叶根连接设计提供参考.%Two types of wind blade root joints including T bolt and embedded bolt were introduced and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed respectively. It points out that the embedded solution is more favorable with the increasing of power rate. Two design schemes of the embedded metal flanges were presented and the design and installment were elabo-rated. It may serve as useful reference to blade root connection design.
