Hyponatremia(serum sodium<135 mmol/L)is one of the most common electrolyte disorders in the clinic, which is often secondary to a variety of diseases.Its clinical manifestations are lack of specificity,and severe cases can cause brain edema,neurological and psychiatric symptoms.There was also a correlation between hyponatremia and fracture.This paper summarizes a case of hyponatremia complicated with cerebral infarction and fracture.%低钠血症(血清钠<135 mmol/L)是临床最常见的电解质紊乱之一,常继发于多种疾病,其临床表现常缺乏特异性,严重者可引起脑水肿,出现神经、精神症状,同时研究发现低钠血症与骨折之间也存在相关性.本文总结1例低钠血症并发脑梗死、骨折病例.
