网室隔离黄瓜杂交制种技术的研究

摘要

In order to overcome the technological problems of hybrid seedproduction in cucumber，a series of studies were conducted in net isolation．The results indicated that the suitable density was 5 500 plants／666．7m2，the suitable pollination temperature was 25 ℃，the suitable potash fertilizer was 30～40 kg／666．7m2 for cucumber seed production．%为解决黄瓜杂交制种效率低下的技术难题，在网室隔离条件下，探讨了密度、钾肥、授粉时温度、授粉方式和瓜位等因素对黄瓜制种产量及质量的影响。结果表明，黄瓜采种的适宜密度为5500株／666.7m2；授粉的适宜温度为25℃左右；每666.7m2施钾肥30～40kg增产效果较好。
