完善天津市森林防火通信系统,增强应急处置森林火灾能力

森林火灾的预防、监测以及扑救指挥的调度协调无时无刻都不能离开通信系统. 通过4个方面分别介绍了天津市森林防火通信系统现状、天津市森林防火通信系统存在的问题、完善天津市森林防火通信系统建设的重要意义及完善天津市森林防火通信系统的建设目标和保障措施.%Forest fire prevention, monitoring and scheduling coordination every hour and moment fighting command cannot leave the communication system.
