[目的/意义]本文强调“中国特色新型智库”是中国智库建设的总出发点和方向，是中国智库建设的关键问题，是中国智库建设的初心。[方法/过程]本文围绕“中国特色新型智库”这个总概念，以问题为导向，多方面、有针对性地深入分析相关问题。[结果/结论]本文主要对三个方面问题作出探讨，一是对中国智库发展新时期作出判断，认为我国智库发展纳入了法治化、制度化轨道；二是从多方面探讨了中国特色新型智库的丰富内涵，并针对当前智库建设中一些具有争论性或者模糊性认识的问题，从理论和实践上进行剖析；三是从宏观和微观两个层面探索智库的组织形式和管理方式的若干问题，既总结实践新经验，也提出建议。%Purpose/signiifcance] In this paper, the author emphasizes that “the new think tank with Chinese characteristics” is the total starting point and direction, the critical issue and the original intention of China’s think tank construction.[Method/process]Revolving around the major concept “new think tanks with Chinese characteristics”, the author deeply analyzed related problems in different aspects.[Result/conclusion] In this paper, the author discusses three problems. First, the author makes judgment about China’s think tanks in the new period of development and considers that think tanks in our country develop into the institutionalized and legalized track. Second, the author discusses the rich connotations of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics and analyzes several controversial or ambiguous issues in the construction of think tanks at theoretical and practical levels. Third, the author analyzes several issues such as the organization form and the management approach of think tanks from macroscopic and microscopic views. New practical experience is summarized and related suggestions are put forward.
