可磨耗封严涂层在航空发动机中应用广泛,本文对Ni/石墨、AlSi/石墨、Ni/h-BN和AlSi/h-BN涂层的摩擦磨损性能和抗冲蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:非金属相对涂层的摩擦磨损性能起决定性作用,以石墨为造孔填充相的涂层具有低的摩擦系数和优良的摩擦磨损性能。涂层的抗冲蚀性能取决于涂层的金属相,在冲蚀试验中,AlSi/石墨和AlSi/h-BN涂层在比Ni/石墨和Ni/h-BN涂层表现优异。%Frictional wear and erosion wear of Ni/graphite,AlSi/graphite,Ni/h-BN, AlSi/h-BN abradable seal coatings for turbine engine were investigated. The results show that non-metal phase of the coatings has decisive influence on the friction coefficient. The coatings with graphite have a low coefficient of friction and good wear performance. The erosion resistance depends on the metal phase of the coatings. In the room temperature erosion test, AlSi/graphite and AlSi/h-BN coatings have a better anti-erosion performance than Ni/graphite and Ni/h-BN coatings.
