大型发电机内冷水系统加药处理技术的应用

摘要

以潍坊电厂1号机组（300MW）为例，介绍了发电机内冷水系统采用化学清洗与MBT预膜的工艺条件和处理结果。实践表明：发电机投入运行后，继续向内冷水中加入MBT，其浓度控制在0.5～2.0mg/L,就可达到防腐防垢的目的。%Taking 300 MW generating set No 1 in Weifang Power Plant as example,the technological condition and handing result of applying chemical cleaning and MBT film-formation in the system of generator’s internal cooling water are presented.The practice indicates that the purpose of anti-corrosion and anti-scaling can be realized after putting the said generator into operation by continuously dosing MBT into internal cooling water,and keeping the density of MBT in the range of 0.5～2.0 mg/L.
