聚光光伏-光热综合利用系统性能分析

         

摘要

Against such problems as low photovoltaic efficiency of photovoltaic cells,underutilized sunlight and light concentrating of photovoltaic cells during power generation,Xi'an Jiaotong University has de-signed and built a concentrating photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T)utilization system,which adopts compound parabolic concentrator for light concentrating,low cost dimensional tracking system for tracking the sun, double fluid channels for photovoltaic cells'endothermic and heat dissipation and working water for taking the heat generated by infrared light and waste heat generated by the cells.By adj usting the water intake flows,this system coordinates electrical and thermal efficiency,and thus to achieve efficient utilization of sunlight cogeneration effect.On this basis,the evaluation system was established and the system perform-ance was numerically studied.%针对光伏电池发电过程中光电效率低、太阳光得不到充分利用以及光伏电池聚光的问题,西安交通大学设计并搭建了一种聚光光伏-光热综合利用系统,采用复合抛物面聚光器对太阳光进行聚光,采用低成本的二维跟踪系统进行太阳跟踪,设计双层流体通道对光伏电池进行吸热、散热,利用水工质带走红外光产生的热量以及电池产生的废热,通过水工质进口流量的调节,协调电效率和热效率,从而实现高效太阳光热电联用。在所搭建系统上建立了系统评价体系,通过数值模拟对系统性能进行了分析研究。
