再热蒸汽供热机组的控制策略优化

摘要

Against such problems as high and variable heating load in co-generation units with reheat steam heating,the coordination control,water/coal ratio control and coal-fired calorific value correction loop (BTU)control were optimized.Moreover,the intercept valve pressure regulating function was added in the turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH).Thus,the unit load and heat load regulation in the coordination mode was realized,which ensures the security,stability,economic operation of the units.%针对再热蒸汽供热的热电联产机组供热负荷较大且多变的问题，对机组的协调控制、水煤比控制、燃煤热值校正回路(BTU)控制进行了优化，同时在汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)中增加了再热调节阀压力调节功能，实现了机组在协调控制方式下电负荷及热负荷的调节功能，从而保证了机组的安全、稳定、经济运行。
