氢冷发电机单油环密封油系统改进

         

摘要

根据氢冷发电机单油环密封油系统的结构及特点,分析了影响发电机氢气纯度的因素.对氢气中的杂质气体以及密封油中的溶解气体进行了检测对比,结果表明:发电机内氢气纯度下降的根本原因在于密封油中气体的污染.提出了单油环密封油系统的改进措施,将密封油中杂质气体的含量控制在较低水平,消除了其对发电机内氢气的污染,对降低补氢量尤其是提纯补氢量、保持氢气纯度稳定的作用显著,为国内同类机组类似问题的分析与解决提供了新的思路.%On the basis of the structure and characteristics of single-ring sealing oil system in hydrogen cooled generator,the factors affecting hydrogen purity of the generator were analyzed.The impurity gas in the hydrogen and the dissolved gas in the sealing oil were analyzed,and the comparison between them shows that,the basic reason for the decrease of hydrogen purity is the gas pollution in the sealing oil.Moreover,the improvement measures for the single-ring sealing oil system were proposed,which can control the content of impurity gas in the sealing oil at a low level and eliminate its pollution to hydrogen in the generator.The improvement measures take the remarkable effect to reduce the amount of hydrogen supplement especially the amount of purification and keep the purity of hydrogen in stable,which provide a new way for the analysis and solution of similar problems in domestic units.
