马克思的工资本质论及其当代意蕴

The core of the essence of Marx's labor wages is that Labor force is commodity. Under capitalism, the value of labour force commodity is wages.Marx deeply analyse the relation between wages and surplus value, got a conclusion that necessary labor is the source of wages and the surplus labor surplus value. The writer think that The essence of Marx's theory of wages is the extension of the theory of surplus value. Under the condition of socialist market economy, especially the reform and opening up 30 years of today, Review of Marx's theory on the essence of wages has the important practical significance of a correct understanding and solution of the problems such like widening gap between rich and poor, income distribution inequality in the course of economic reform and development of our country.%马克思的工资本质的核心是劳动力即商品，在资本主义制度下，劳动力商品的价值是工资。马克思深入分析工资和剩余价值的关系，得出必要劳动是工资的来源，剩余劳动创造剩余价值的重要理论。笔者认为，马克思的工资本质论是对剩余价值理论的延伸，在社会主义市场经济条件下，特别是改革开放30多年来的今天，重温马克思的工资本质论，对正确认识和解决我国在经改革和发展中存在的贫富差距扩大、收入分配不均等问题具有重要的现实意义。
