构建读者志愿服务常态化体系提升图书馆德育实效性

摘要

The university library has other education forms the incomparable advantage of moral education, and to carry out reader volunteer service actively in the library is to reinforce and extend the library moral education, so that it have a certain significance, but also have some problems at the same time. In order to solve the problems, this article presents some suggestions about construction of reader volunteer service normalization system and enhancing the effectiveness of moral education function of the library in the end.%　　高校图书馆具有其他教育形式不可比拟的德育教育优势，而在图书馆积极开展读者志愿服务，是对图书馆德育教育的强化和延伸，有着一定的意义，但也存在一些问题。针对问题提出构建读者志愿服务常态化体系几点建议，以提升图书馆德育功能实效性。
