Saving energy is for the better development of human society and enterprises also do that for their own development. So, it must be taken as a precondition that energy conservation of enterprises must improvethe daily work instead of impeding it. Therefore, it is particularly important to get rid of“power rationing”and other backward ways, to change ideas, to strengthen management and to apply new technology. Beginning with discussing the construction of enterprise culture and thought, this essay seeks to provide a new trend of energyconservation among the majority of employees.
