社区管理对居民参与社区微公益意愿的影响研究

摘要

The micro public welfare Plays an increasingly important role in the key period of China's social transformation. Based on the field survey data, the paper describe the impact factors to the will of China's residents to participate in community micro public welfare activities.Using Logit regression model, Emphasis on analysing the influence factors of the community management to the willing of residents participate in community micro public welfare. The regression results shows that community self-help atmosphere play an important role on the willing of residents to participate in community micro public welfare activities. That is community self-help ethos better, residents willing to participate in community micro public welfare activities more intense.On the basis of these research conclusions, the paper puts forward some suggestions from the community management perspective In order to promote the development of community micro public welfare.%　　微公益在我国社会体制转轨、社会转型的关键时期发挥着越来越重要的作用。基于实地调研数据，描述了我国居民参与社区微公益活动意愿的影响因素，利用Logit回归模型，重点探析了社区管理对居民参与微公益活动意愿的影响。回归结果发现，社区的互帮互助风气对居民参与社区微公益活动的意愿具有重要作用，即社区的互帮互助风气越好，居民参与社区微公益活动的意愿就越强烈。在总结研究结论的基础上，从社区管理角度提出若干建议，以此推动社区微公益发展。
