作为党的领导干部我们要坚定理想信念，主要任务是建设高素质的领导干部队伍，我们可以定期对党员领导干部进行教育培训。开展群众路线主题教育实践活动，是在新时期全党开展的又一次教育性活动，主要目的在于让全党同志谨记全心全意为人民服务思想，也就是说，我们广大党员要用理想信念的强大力量激发起我们对践行群众路线的真情感、真认同、真落实，做有远大理想、宽广胸怀的共产党人。%As the leading cadres of the party we should strengthen the ideals and beliefs.
