试论地方政府公信力的提升

摘要

The credibility of the local government is the modern democracy and the rule of law under the condition of credit government administrative important symbol? This paper studies the basic theory of the credibility of the local government, explore the current status and the cause of the credibility of local government in China, and then presents some methods to enhance the credibility of local government to construct a populist, hope the rule of law, clean, efficient, responsible government.%地方政府公信力是现代民主政治和法治行政条件下信用政府的重要标志。本文通过对地方政府公信力的基本理论进行研究，探索了当前我国地方政府公信力的现状及其成因，进而提出了提升地方政府公信力的措施方法，以此希冀建构一个亲民、法治、廉洁、高效、责任的政府。
