目的：观察坦度螺酮联合莫沙比利治疗伴焦虑状态功能性消化不良（FD）患者的疗效及安全性。方法将116例FD患者随机分为2组，对照组口服莫沙必利5 mg，3次/d，疗程4周；治疗组在此基础上加服坦度螺酮10 mg，3次/d，疗程8周。结果汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分治疗组2周、4周较对照组下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。治疗组2周总有效率74.13%，4周总有效率86.21%，对照组2周总有效率27.39%，4周总有效率31.03%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。治疗组8周总有效率96.55%，高于4周总有效率的86.21%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论坦度螺酮联合莫沙比利治疗伴焦虑状态的FD疗效显著，不良反应少，患者耐受性好。%Objective to observe tandoori ketone of screw joint moser Billy the effect of treatment with anxious state of functional dyspepsia and security. Methods 116 cases of FD were randomly divided into two groups, control group oral moser will be 5 mg three times/day,the course of 4 weeks. Treatment group on the basis of add tandoori screw 10 mg three times/day,course of 8 weeks.
