垂体后叶素治疗大咯血时不良反应的临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨垂体后叶素治疗大咯血时的常见不良反应及发生机制。方法回顾性分析2010年11月—2012年3月我院256例使用垂体后叶素治疗大咯血患者的不良反应情况。结果本组256例患者中，136例出现腹痛；62例实验室检查发现血钠降低，其中38例无临床症状，13例患者出现轻微头痛，6例出现嗜睡、肌无力，3例出现精神错乱、行为异常，2例患者出现意识障碍。结论垂体后叶素治疗大咯血时不良反应较多，腹痛最常出现；而电解质紊乱开始表现不显著，常常被忽视，处理不及时极易引发严重后果。%Objective To observe the common adverse reaction, clinical manifestation and mechanism in the treatment of hypophysin were utendus to severity hemoptysis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 256 patients of severity hemoptysis from 2010 november to 2012 march who were find untoward reaction in clinica1 treatment of hypophysin,summaried the untoward reaction.Results 136 patients had abdomina1 pain.62 patients had natrium degrade,among the total 38 patients without clinical symptom,13 patients sufferd of headache,6 patients had lethargy and myasthenia,3 patients had mental disorder and behavior disorder.Conclusion Many kinds of untoward reaction were find in clinica1 treatment of hypophysin.the untoward reaction in which abdominal pain were common untoward effect,then electrolyte disturbances should be promptly treated to avoid serious conseguences.
