粘胶/再生涤纶交织织物的染整工艺研究

摘要

针对我公司生产的粘胶/再生涤纶交织织物缩水率难以控制、易起毛起球、格型不正等问题，通过助剂复配、调整工序，使得上述问题得到有效解决。大货生产结果显示，缩水率控制在3.0%以内，起毛起球在3~4级，格型弯曲、纬弧、纬斜等控制在2.0%以内，达到客户要求。%The viscose/regenerated Polyester Mixture Fabrics produced by our company present such problems as uncontrollable shrinkage rate, easy pilling, misplaced lattice, which are solved with complex auxiliaries and process adjustment. Results of the production show that the products are able to meet the customer requirements as the shrinkage rate is controlled within 3.0%, pilling is 3~4 grade, and the lattice bending, latitudinal arc and biasfilling are controlled within 2.0%,which can reach the clients requirement.
