As the accelerating of global economic integration, the level of opening to the outside world of our country increased, and market competition became fiercer. To face the worldwide competition and increase the survive chance, textile factories have to rise the overall development level in mass production, improve the production efficiency, reduce production costs, and bring high spot to their product. From the perspective of production efficiency, and to generally improve the production efficiency, increase profits and expand market share, textile factories must strengthen production management, employ scientific and technological innovation, and reform the production management level. The view for production efficiency innovation was put forwards by investigating the issues in textile mass production management.%随着全球经济一体化进程加快，我国对外开放水平不断深化，市场竞争越来越激烈。面对激烈的世界化竞争，纺织厂大规模生产制造必须提高整体发展水平，提高生产效率、降低生产成本、增加纺织业亮点以提高纺织业生存系数。从生产效率的角度上讲，纺织厂必须加强生产管理，运用科技创新，改革生产管理水平，才能整体提高纺织厂的生产效率，增加企业利润，扩大市场占有率。从纺织厂大规模制造业生产管理存在的问题着手进行研究，提出生产效率改革创新的观点。
