多功能精练剂在棉机织布前处理工艺中的应用研究

摘要

Aimed at the poor one step process desizing effect of multifunctional scouring agent for cotton woven, one-step process was changed to two-step. The desizing process and the multifunction dosage, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer system, the amount of hydrogen peroxide and the steaming time in bleaching process were optimized. The results showed that in the optimum conditions, the desizing effect, handle, whiteness and the cotton seed shell removal effect of treated fabrics were significantly improved.%针对多功能精练剂用于棉机织布一步法工艺退浆效果差的问题，将一步法改为二步法，对退浆工艺和漂白工艺中多功能精练剂用量、双氧水稳定剂系统、双氧水用量、汽蒸时间等进行了优化。结果表明，在优化工艺条件下，织物的退浆效果、手感、白度及棉籽壳去除效果均有明显改善。
