La3+掺杂TiO2催化降解染料废水的研究

         

摘要

The titanium dioxide (TiO2) catalyst doped with rare earth metal La3+ was prepared by ultrasonic resonance method and characterized by means of XRD. The photocatalysis degradation of mordant blue wastew-ater and the main factors affecting degradation percentage were investigated. The results showed that the degradation result of mordant blue wastewater with TiO2 doped with La3+ was better than pure TiO2. When the concentration of mordant blue was 20 mg/L, pH=5, the dosage of TiO2 doped with 0.8%(mole fraction) of La3+ was 1.0 g/L, the degradation rate could reach above 93%. The activity of the catalyst was the best at 550 X of calcining temperature, which existed as anatase phase.%用超声共振法制备了稀土金属La3+参杂的TiO2催化剂,并利用XRD对其进行表征,研究了催化剂对媒介漂兰染料废水的降解及影响降解率的主要因素.结果表明:稀土La3+掺杂TiO2催化剂比纯TiO2降解媒介漂兰染料溶液的效果要好;当媒介漂兰染料的初始质量浓度为20 mg,/L,pH=5,掺杂La3+ 0.8%(摩尔分数)的TiO2催化剂用量为1.0 g/L时,降解率可达93%.焙烧温度为550℃时,该催化剂活性最好,以锐钛矿相存在.
