SB L-YGX改性棉织物与活性染料无盐碱染色

摘要

The modification of cotton fabric with cationic agent SBL-YGX and reactive dyeing without salt and alkali were studied.The effects of dosages of fiber modifier SBL-YGX and NaOH, temperature and time on dyeing result were analyzed.The optimal modification process was obtained by orthogonal experiments: 35 g/L of SBL-YGX, 12 g/L of NaOH, dipping at 60 ℃ for 30 min.Compared with traditional dyeing, the dye-uptake and fixation rate were obviously increased and the color fastness was not decreased.The cleaning dyeing without salt, alkali and dye in waste dye bath could be achieved.%介绍了纯棉练漂布采用SBL-YGX预处理改性工艺和活性染料无盐碱染色工艺.分析了纤维改性剂SBL-YGX用量、NaOH用量、改性温度、改性时间等预处理条件对染色效果的影响,并通过正交试验得到最佳改性工艺配方和条件:改性剂SBL-YGX 用量为35g/L,NaOH用量为12g/L,60℃浸渍30min.与传统染整工艺相比,该工艺在不降低色牢度的前提下,提高了活性染料的上染率及固色率,实现了无盐、无碱、基本无染料的清洁染色.
