多功能基共改性聚甲基三氟丙基硅氧烷织物整理剂的合成及应用

     

摘要

利用丙烯酸十八醇酯、端烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、烯丙基缩水甘油醚与聚甲基(3.3,3-三氟丙基)/甲基含氢硅氧烷的硅氢加成反应,制备了一种新型十八酯基/聚醚/环氧基共改性聚甲基三氟丙基硅氧烷(PFSEAS),并考察其在棉纤维织物上的应用效果.用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)及场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)表征其结构及研究其在棉纤维表面的成膜性.结果发现:PFSEAS能在纤维表面形成一层光滑且具有良好疏水性的膜,整理后的棉织物与水的静态接触角最高可达129.2°,易去污等级达5级.PFSEAS整理对棉织物的白度影响不大,并可使其柔软度增加.%A novel stearyl/polyether/epoxy groups co-modified 3.3,3-trifluoropropyl polysiloxane (PFSEAS)was synthesized by hydrosilylation of stearyl acrylate (SA), allylpolyoxyethylene ether (AEM-12), allylglyeidyl ether (AGE) and polytrifluoropropylhydromethylsiloxane (PFHMS).Its application performance on cotton fabric was investigated.The chemical structure of PFSEAS was characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (H NMR).The film morphology of PFSEAS on cotton fiber surfaces was observed by field emitting scanning elecironic microscopy (FESEM).The results showed that PFSEAS could form smooth and hydrophobic film on the fiber surface.The soil release grade of treated fabrics was grade 5, and the biggesi static contact angle of watef could reach 129.2°.PFSEAS finish had little effect on the whiteness of cotton fabric, and the softness of the treated cotton fabric was enhanced.
