以双酚A、2-萘酚、甲醛等为主要原料,合成了含有磺酸基团的酸性染料固色剂SBNF,研究了反应物质量比、反应时间、反应温度、固色剂用量、固色时间、固色液pH等因素对固色效果的影响,优化了合成工艺和应用工艺.优化的合成工艺条件:m(磺化中间体Ⅰ)∶m(中间体Ⅱ)∶m(甲醛)=2.0∶1.0∶1.0,100C,6 h;优化的应用工艺条件:固色剂SBNF 2.5%(owf),甲醛捕捉剂10%(owf),pH=3.0,80℃对酸性染料染色的锦纶织物进行固色处理30 min,湿摩擦牢度可达3~4级,干摩擦牢度可达4~5级,皂洗沾色牢度可达4级.%A fixing agent SBNF with sulfonic group for acid dyes was synthesized using bisphenol A, 2-naphthol, formaldehyde as the main raw materials. The influences of reactant mass ration, reaction time and temperature, the dosage of fixing agent, fixing time, pH of fixing solution on the fixation effect were discussed. The synthesis process and application technology were optimized and the optimum synthetic process was as follows: mfsulfonation intermediate Ⅰ ):m(sulfonation intermediate Ⅱ):m(formaldehyde)=2.0 :1.0:1.0, reacted at 100 ℃ for 6 h; and the optimal application technology was: 2.5% (owf) of SBNF fixing agent, 10% (owf) of formaldehyde scavenger, pH=3.0, fixed acid dyed polyamide fabric at 80 ℃ for 30 min. The fixed fabric had fairly good color fastness, such as 3~4-level to wet rubbing, 4-level to dry rubbing and 4-level to soaping.
