Using the transmittance of UVA and UVB as the index, the optimal compounding technology was obtained through orthogonal experiments based on the factors of mixing ratio of the nano TiO2 and ZnO powders, the dosage of the dispersants carboxylate polyelectrolyte and the pH of the suspended liquid. The finished cotton fabrics had excellent anti-UV effect in both UVA and UVB area.%以UVA和UVB的透过率为指标,对纳米粉体TiO2与ZnO的混合比、聚羧酸钠分散剂用量及悬浮液pH等因素进行正交试验,得出了最佳复配工艺方案,整理后的棉织物在UVA和UVB波段均获得了良好的抗紫外线效果。
