The carboxyl polyether blocked polysiloxane (CPEAS) was prepared using epoxy polyether ter-minated polydimethylsiloxane (α,ω- PESO), amino- terminated polyether and maleic anhydride as materials. Chemical structure of CPEAS was characterized by IR and 1H- NMR. Then CPEAS was emulsified with nonion-ic surfactant alkyl polyoxyethylene ether (AEO) in order to achieve a transparent CPEAS microemulsion. The properties of CPEAS emulsion were characterized by TEM, particle size analyzer and Zeta voltage analyzer. And its application performance on cotton fabric was investigated. The results showed that CPEAS emulsion had good stability of centrifugation, dilution and stockpile at normal temperature. The average particle size of CPEAS emulsion was 43 nm and a single peak particle size distribution. The voltage was- 41.55 mV. The soft-ness of the fabric treated by CPEAS emulsion was improved obviously, and the whiteness and hydrophilicity remained the same. Meanwhile, the fabric treated with CPEAS emulsion acquired unique oily hand, fluffy and soft handle.%以环氧基聚醚封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(α,ω-PESO)、端氨基聚醚、马来酸酐为原料,合成了羧基改性聚醚嵌段聚硅氧烷(CPEAS),用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)等对产物结构进行了表征.用非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)将其乳化,制得外观透明的CPEAS微乳液,运用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、纳米粒度仪、Zeta电位分析仪等对CPEAS乳液的粒径等物化指标进行测定,并考察了CPEAS乳液在棉织物上的应用性能.结果表明:CPEAS乳液的离心、稀释及常温储存稳定性良好,乳液平均粒径为43 nm,粒径呈单峰分布,Zeta电位为-41.55 mV.经CPEAS乳液整理的棉织物柔软性显著提高,同时能获得油润、蓬松、增厚的独特手感,而亲水性和白度基本保持不变.
