以双酚A、多聚甲醛和对氨基苯甲酸为原料,以DMF为溶剂合成了含羧基的双官能度苯并噁嗪(BBA),产物产率:75%, 熔点:51-52°C.通过元素分析、FTIR.1HNMR和13C NMR等方法证实了其结构,分子式C33H28O6N2;C 72.26%;H5.11%;N 5.11%; found:C 71.18%;H 5.36%;N 5.02%.1H NMR(CDC13, TMS,δppm): 7.38 (4H, ArAH), 7.12-7.01 (2H, ArAH), 7.00-6.87(2H,ArAH), 7.00-6.87(4H,ArAH), 6.84-6.76(2H, ArAH), 5.45 (4H, ArOCH2N), 4.68 (4H,ArCH2N), 4.68 (6H,CCH3).13C NMR (DMSO-d6,TMS,δ ppm): 161.0 (COOH), 153.4(CAO),152.7(CAN), 142.0 (CH), 130.1 (C), 129.4 (C), 128.2 (C), 126.9(C), 125.0 (C), 118.4(C),79.1(OCN),49.2(ArCN), 38.2(C),40.0 (CH).同时通过DSC考查了合成的含羧基的双官能度苯并噁嗪(BBA)及BBA与间苯撑双噁唑啉(1,3-PBO)(图1所示)的固化行为.
