二氧化硫脲还原靛蓝染色工艺研究

         

摘要

The properties of sodium hydrosulfite and thiourea dioxide were compared. The indigo dyeing with thiourea dioxide as the reducing agent was investigated. The effects of dye concentration, the amount of reducing agent, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride and oxidized time on the reduction electric potential of dye liquor, K/S values of dyed fabric and crocking fastness. The results indicated that the optimal process of indigo dyeing with thiourea dioxide was as fol ows: the m(dye)∶m(thiourea dioxide) was 3∶7, the concentration of dye was 3 g/L, the amount of sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride, urea and sodium nitrite was 7 g/L, 3 g/L, 9 g/L and 9 g/L, respectively, and the oxidation time was 1 min.%比较了保险粉和二氧化硫脲的性质,研究了以二氧化硫脲为还原剂的靛蓝染色工艺,探讨染料质量浓度、还原剂用量、氢氧化钠用量、氯化钠用量以及氧化时间等对染液还原电位值、染色织物K/S值和摩擦色牢度的影响.结果表明,二氧化硫脲为还原剂的靛蓝染色优化工艺条件为:m(染料)∶m(二氧化硫脲)=3∶7、染料质量浓度3 g/L、氢氧化钠用量7 g/L、氯化钠用量3 g/L、氧化时间1 min、尿素用量9 g/L和亚硝酸钠用量9 g/L.
