为赋予棉织物多种特殊功能,以柠檬酸(CA)为交联剂,次亚磷酸钠为催化剂,采用轧-烘-焙工艺将羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)整理到棉织物上.研究了HP-β-CD用量、CA用量、催化剂用量、焙烘温度及时间等因素对织物性能的影响.通过正交试验确定最佳接枝整理工艺:HP-β-CD用量为70 g/L,CA用量为60 g/L,次亚磷酸钠用量为15 g/L,焙烘温度175℃,焙烘时间3 min.整理后棉织物的折皱回复角提高了86°,对香精和甲苯的吸附性能明显提高.HP-β-CD的整理效果比β-CD好.%In order to endow cotton fabric with special multi-function, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) was grafted onto cotton fabric using citric acid (CA) as a cross-linking agent and sodium hypo-phosphite as a catalyst by the pad-dry-cure technique. The effects of concentrations of HP-β-CD, CA, sodi-um hypophosphite, curing temperature and time on the properties of finished fabric were studied. The opti-mum process was determined by orthogonal experiments as fol ows: HP-β-CD 70 g/L, CA 60 g/L, sodium hy-pophosphite 15 g/L, cured at 175 ℃ for 3 min. The results showed that the wrinkle recovery angle of the fin-ished fabric was increased by 86° , and the adsorption for flavor and toluene was improved significantly. The finishing result of HP-β-CD was better than that ofβ-CD.
