介孔二氧化锰的制备及催化氧化甲醛研究

         

摘要

The mesoporous manganese dioxides were synthesized by precipitation of potassium perman⁃ganate and hydrogen peroxide. The morphology structure of manganese dioxides was characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), brunauer emmett tel er (BET) and Fourier transform in⁃frared spectroscopy (FTIR). Mesoporous manganese dioxide was used as catalyst of formaldehyde catalytic oxi⁃dation tests under normal temperature and pressure and matt environment. The catalytic oxidation activity of manganese dioxides was confirmed by the degradation test of formaldehyde. The results showed that after 4 h, the formaldehyde could be oxidized to carbon dioxide and water, and the formaldehyde purification efficien⁃cy was 99%.%以高锰酸钾和双氧水为原料,采用沉淀法制备了介孔二氧化锰催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面积(BET)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)表征二氧化锰的形态结构。以介孔二氧化锰为催化剂,在室温、常压、无光照条件下对甲醛气体进行了催化氧化试验。试验结果表明,二氧化锰具有良好的催化氧化活性,能将甲醛催化氧化成二氧化碳和水,4 h甲醛有效净化率达到99%。
