新型三元嵌段共聚硅油合成及其织物整理性能研究

         

摘要

Hydrogen containing silicone oil was synthesized by using octamethylcyclotetra- siloxane (D4) and hexamethyl- disiloxane as reaction materials. Then, using isopropanol as solvent, double ended epoxy sili-cone oil was synthesized by hydrogen containing silicone oil, al ay glycidyl ether and chloroplatinic acid. Final y, the ternary block copolymerized silicone oil was prepared by double ended epoxy silicone oil and polyethenoxy-amine. The performance difference of fabric treated by ternary block copolymerized silicone oil which synthe-sized by different process was studied to ensure the optimal synthetic process. The results indicated that the optimal process was as fol ows: temperature 130 ℃, the mass ratio of double ended epoxy silicone oil to poly-ethenoxyamine 12, and continuous reacting for 1.5 h after addition of ET- 200. The ternary block copolymer-ized silicone oil obtained by the optimal process had the best performance, and the treated fabric showed ex-cel ent property of hand feeling, hydrophilia and resistance of phenol yel owing.%以八甲基环四硅氧烷和含氢双封头为原料,首先制备双端含氢硅油,接着在以异丙醇为溶剂的条件下,双端含氢硅油与烯丙基缩水甘油醚、氯铂酸反应制备双端环氧硅油.最后,双端环氧硅油与聚醚二胺反应,制备三元嵌段共聚硅油.研究了不同合成工艺条件下制备的三元嵌段共聚硅油整理织物性能的差别,从而确定最佳合成工艺.研究结果表明,在130℃条件下,双端环氧硅油与ED-900聚醚二胺质量比为12,加入ET-200后继续反应1.5 h时,制得的三元嵌段共聚硅油具有最好的织物整理效果,整理后的织物表现出优越的手感、亲水性和抗酚黄变性.
