低泡浓缩液体洗涤剂的配制及性能研究

The concentrated Iiquid detergent formuIation was optimized by the orthogonaI experiment method. The stabiIity of the Iiquid detergent were tested, and their foaming power and detergency was evaIu-ated by Ross- MiIes foam meter and Terg- O- Tometer, respectiveIy. The effect of the addition of siIicone sur-factant on detergency and foam properties was investigated. The resuIts showed that the product prepared by the optimized formuIa had good stabiIity and detergency. Without affecting the detergency of the product, the addition of siIicone surfactant gave the product a good Iow foaming performance, with an optimized dosage of 0.6%.%采用正交实验法优化了浓缩液体洗涤剂的配方,测试了所配液体洗涤剂的稳定性,并利用Ross-Miles泡沫仪、立式去污机分别对产品的泡沫性能和去污力进行了测定,考察了有机硅表面活性剂的加入对洗涤剂去污力和泡沫性能的影响.结果表明:优化得到的配方产品具有好的稳定性、去污力;有机硅表面活性剂的加入,在不影响产品去污力的前提下赋予了产品很好的低泡性能,优化的加入量为0.6%.
